As the Vice President of Retail Strategy and Solution Management, Jeff Warren is responsible for the development of the strategic roadmap vision for Oracle Retail based on market analysis and requirements. Jeff is a key stakeholder in the portfolio management and product lifecycle management initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction for the Retail Global Business Unit. 

Jeff Warren joined Oracle Retail through the acquisition of Retek, and brings more than 20 years of development experience across Merchandising, Planning, and Stores.  Jeff brings a broad perspective with his experience as an executive sponsor to retailers from multiple geographies and segments. Jeff Warren began his career at Accenture and APEX IT. Jeff Warren holds a degree from Iowa State. 

Open Sessions have been developed to provide flexibility for the non-Workshop / Boot Camp participant. This format allows you to move across product families to gain the best value and knowledge to enhance individual needs. Open sessions will range in depth of subject matter – please refer to the session abstracts for additional details. These sessions have been targeted to a wide audience from Business Development, Engagement Manager, to Field Practitioner.

Product Deep Dive have been developed to provide a highly interactive session or series of sessions around a specific subject matter for the non-Workshop / Boot Camp participant. This format is target to a field practitioner with deep domain knowledge without committing to committing to a single Workshop or Boot Camp to gain the best value and knowledge to enhance individual needs.

Oracle Retail Customer Engagement (ORCE) V15 is a retail CRM application (SaaS) running on a scalable cloud-based platform.  The solution is designed to provide a central repository of customer data and to give the retailer a 360-degree view of their customers’ purchase behavior and their engagement with promotions, loyalty programs, gift cards and more.  The core cloud services are: Customer Management and Segmentation Foundation, Campaign and Deal Management, Loyalty and Awards and Gift Cards.

The course will deliver an in depth exploration of the functionality within each cloud service.  The curriculum also includes hands-on exercises to give the trainee a solid understanding of the fundamentals and an appreciation of how ORCE interacts with the other systems in the Oracle Retail Omni-Channel portfolio.
